How lovely is this? We stopped and spoke to this lovely lady who has lived in the village for years and asked to take a photo of her using the new bench we installed and kindly donated by our Acting Chair Lindsey Von Backstrom. (she agreed ❤) she said thank you for the work that has gone into replacing the bench and clearing the area. She had historically enjoyed using the bench as a stop-off for her walks but wasn’t able to get to the other one and use it because had become so overgrown and slippery. This made our day.
She also said how lovely the newsletter was and to read about all that we are doing and the fingerpost renovations.
